To attract the best students, ICS needs to continue its program of scholarship funding. Excellent students elevate the life of an educational institution. Mainstream graduate schools offer substantial stipends and scholarships to highly qualified graduate students. ICS's scholarship program is comparatively modest, but is nonetheless crucial to its work.

Students with the potential for lifelong leadership in education and other key fields greatly extend the benefits of every investment of time, faculty expertise and finances. The more funds ICS has available for scholarships, the greater the assurance that qualified students who stand to make a major lifelong contribution in the world are not excluded due to finances.
