ADDITIONAL NOTES

All Fees are paid directly to ICS. Application Fees are due upon submission of your application to the program. Please include the fee with your application. Email the ICS Registrar directly at academic-registrar@icscanada.edu to coordinate payment of your fees.

All other fees are due prior to the start of the program, by no later than May 15.

The costs and fees listed above exclude participants' airfare and health/travel insurance. Participants in the program are responsible for covering the costs of their own airfare to and from the program and health/travel insurance during the program.

ICS will continue to monitor the status of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the public health and safety regulations on the ground in Italy. These regulations are subject to change. We will notify enrollees as soon as possible of any changes that may arise as they pertain to the possibility of international travel to and from the program.

Participants are also responsible for determining and submitting on their own behalf whatever documentation may be required for entry by the European Union and/or government of Italy, depending on the participant's own nationality, country of residence, reasons for visit, and length of stay. Please make sure you have a passport that is valid for at least three months after the length of your stay in Italy. We suggest visiting the Italian Visa Requirements website to determine what, if any, additional documentation you may need.

*Note: The ETIAS Travel Permit/Waiver is in the process of becoming required documentation for travel to European Union countries, including Italy. However, implementation of that program has been further delayed until 2025, so it will not be required for travel to Orvieto this year.
